RESERVATIONS

Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak season (March - October). Please call us to reserve your rental needs and/or for equipment availability.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to 24 hours you will be fully charged. A credit voucher will be given if you fail to contact us before the 24th hour for your use at a later date.

There may be times when weather will play a factor in your river trip. If this happens, our river director will do his best to alert you before you arrive. A credit voucher will be issued for any trips that the river director deems necessary to cancel.
