Everyone going on a river trip MUST read, understand and sign the release form prior to the beginning of any river trip.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Minor children (11-17) Must have their parent/guardian read and sign the form before you will be allowed to go canoeing/kayaking with us. If your parent/guardian will not accompany you on your trip, you MUST print out the Release Form and have your parent/guardian sign it and bring it with you.

NO SIGNED FORM, NO PARENT/GUARDIAN, NO TRIP!
